Rules of arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from 3 pm.
After check-in guests are given a sticker for the car(s) and a wristband. Using these during your stay is obligatory and using these is regularly checked by our security team. In case of a missing wristband or sticker our colleagues will ask guests to identify themselves and to stick to our rules.

Departure:

Campsite pitches must be left by 12 am.

Bungalows must be left by 10 am.

We ask you to show your bill at the gate to the gatekeeper.

Pet policy

Rules for pets

Bringing pets is only possible at a charge and in case of observing our pet rules:

- pets are only allowed to be taken to the territory on a leash
- pets are not allowed in public places, e.g. restaurant, playground
- Please make sure that your pet does not disturb other guests’ relaxing
- Owners bear the responsibility of pets (medical problems, causing damage)
- There is a special beach area for guests’ pets. Pets are not allowed to bath in lake Balaton.

General policy

Basic rules

We would like to ask you to respect the orders of the campsite.

Respect other guests.



Quiet time:
At night:                         between 11 pm and 6 am
In the afternoon:            between 1 pm and 3 pm

During this period no activity is allowed which may disturb other guests’ peace and quiet.

During night quiet time, the gate of the campsite is closed, using vehicles is not allowed.

Reception opens at 8 am.

Rules of parking:
- In the bungalow area
Parking is possible next to the bungalow in the car park area. Parking one car per bungalow is included in the price. Parking a second vehicle is only possible for an additional fee.

We kindly ask you not to park between bungalows – not even while you move in or move out.

- In the campsite
We kindly ask you to park your car on the pitch you stay at. Using another pitch for parking is not allowed.

Electricity consumption
Electricity is provided for each parcel. For one parcel you can use only one socket. The electricity consumption is not included in the accomodation fee, it is measured and has to be paid separately.

Beach:
Using the beach happens strictly at guests’ own risk and responsibility. During peak times, there is a beach lifeguard service.
Pets and other animals are not allowed on the territory of the beach. Fishing is not allowed.

Protection of valuables, responsibility:
The campsite does not bear the responsibility of guests’ valuables: damaging and disappearing of these valuables.
Guests bear the material responsibility of property of the campsite – most importantly, damaging our property.
The campsite does not assume responsibility of damage caused for a third party.
Furthermore, the campsite does not bear the responsibility of natural disasters - fire, storm, etc - or of consequences of an unlikely event of a terrorist attack.
