General policy

Terms and Conditions "House Rules".
"Vadásztanya Apartman" warmly welcomes you among its guests. We hope you enjoy your stay. The most important information is summarized below.
1. The property is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly by prior arrangement.
2. Upon definitive departure from the accommodation, the key must be handed over to the landlord!
3. In case of departure before the agreed date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
4. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and doors.
5. The property can only be used by prior arrangement. It is not obligatory to add an extra bed for a child under the age of 6 with the prior consent of the landlord. In this case, there is no bed or bedding for the child. A baby cot can be provided for infants by prior notice.
6. The landlord is entitled to check - without prior notice - whether the guests are staying in the number of guests announced or paid for before. The inspection must not involve harassment of the guest and during the inspection and cleaning the accommodation provider must act with respect for the personal rights of the guest.
7. Our guests can receive visitors during the day (between 9 am and 10 pm).
8. Pets are not allowed in the apartment without permission, pets can be accommodated at an additional cost. (10 € / 3600 HUF)
9. The equipment in the apartment or room can be rearranged only with the prior consent of the owner or accommodation provider.
10. In case of any loss of the handed over keys, the guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the price and the replacement of the locks to the Vadásztanya Apartments.
11. The hotel may incur a security deposit of 30% of the total amount, which will be refunded at check-out if no damage is caused.
12. The accommodation provider is not liable for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.
13. The guests are materially liable for the damage caused by the improper use of the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the landlord.
14. If you have any problems with the apartment or room during your stay, please inform the hotel immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
15. The landlord is not responsible for the values ​​left in the accommodation.
16. When booking a room, the landlord will show you the rooms that can be used by guests and provide information on the services they provide.
17. The apartment has a bathroom, toilet, as well as kitchen and kitchen equipment and utensils for preparing simpler meals and drinks.
18. The accommodation fee includes utility bills and other overhead costs, bed linen and final cleaning.
19. Please keep order and cleanliness. When leaving the apartment, please do not leave unwashed dishes or trash.
20. In the event of a fire, start the rescue immediately and call the firefighters at 105 and then the landlord!
21. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! Smoking can take place in the yard / balcony or in a designated place!
22. The apartment will be cleaned by the guests during their stay.
23. Collect household waste in the rubbish bin if it is full and place it in the bin in the yard! I would also ask you to place the bin in front of the cottage on the street every Wednesday and Saturday night during your holiday and return it to the designated place after emptying.
24. Meal. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please keep it clean.
25. Parking. Parking is usually free of charge in the garden of the holiday home / apartment!
