Check-in / Check-out policy

Early check-in, late check out or luggage storage isn't possible in the apartment. The cleaners have their own schedule and they have to clean the apartment between 10:00 and 15:00.

-Your neighbors will be regular residents, please do not make noise that might disturb them.
-My communication preference is in the form of messages on the booking website. Usually I will answer to you within 1-2 hours. 
-If you have any problem or complaint, please contact me as soon as you can, so we can find a solution to the issue.
