Check-in / Check-out policy

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out is possible for an additional fee (details can be provided over the phone). If you are considering early arrival or late departure, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival.

Pet policy

Unfortunately, in order to ensure the undisturbed rest of our guests, we are unable to accommodate pets.

General policy

We would like to ask you to send us your information before the day of arrival if possible, for smoother administration during check-in.

Smoking is prohibited in our accommodations! Smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the courtyard. Additionally, the use of open flames, candles, and incense is not permitted inside the pension for fire safety reasons.

We would like to inform you that for any damage or vandalism caused by the improper use of our accommodation and furnishings or within the guesthouse area, the responsible party will be financially liable.

Our prices include the use of wellness facilities (infrared sauna, hot tub). Please consider the following rules when using the services:

a. Using the wellness facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited!
b. Eating is strictly prohibited!
c. Bringing fragile objects (glass, etc.) or any other items that may cause accidents or injuries is prohibited!
d. You may use our services at your own risk, considering your health condition.
