Our front desk is on the first floor of the apartment house (opposite the lift). When you arrive to Kiraly street 32, please ring the doorbell: 1105 and bell sign. Your reservation manager will meet you in our office. In case of early arrival or late flight on the departure day, you do not have to worry about your luggage, as you can also leave it at our reception and pick it up anytime.
Payment policy for advance payments
Please note, if canceled, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
Payment is upon arrival during the check in, we wont charge your credit card in advance. Currently we accept cash payment. We take any major currency. You can also use your credit card. We accept VISA, MC and American Express. What is included in the price? - bedlinen and towels on arrival - any time during your stay you can bring your used towels to our front desk and we will give you fresh clean ones. - utinlesses like: toilett paper, trash bag and dishwasher powder - weekly cleaning - final cleaning – WIFI internet - VAT included
Please note that 4% Tourist Tax is excluded.
Pets are welcome for no extra charge.
Our accommodations are in a residential community therefore keeping the calm and peace of these apartments and the balconies is very important for us.
In case of group reservations we reserve the right to collect 100 EUR / person deposit which is non-refundable if any of the following rules are violated:
- any kind of party in the apartment or in the building's common areas,
- any specific complaint of the neighbours that is found to be justified,
- any damage in the apartment or in the building.
We are contracted with a private security service (Blueteam Security) who has the right to take the necessary actions. They also has a right to ask you to leave the apartment immediately with no money refund in case we receive a complaint from any of the neighbours, from the security man or from the police.
We do allow guests to have visitors, up to a maximum of two visitors per apartment, provided the apartments stay in good condition, and the guest accepts responsibility for any damages caused by their visitors. Visitors are allowed to stay until 10pm only, after that they will be charged as an unauthorised extra guest (50 EUR/per extra guest/night).
