Check-in / Check-out policy

Upon arrival at the hotel, you must present your ID card or passport.
Thesmos Village Hotel's check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

The hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests’ stay preferences, provided that an estimated arrival time is given at the time of booking. Requests for late check-out must be made directly at the reception and are subject to availability based on the hotel’s occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

Late check-out fees:

Check-out until 2:00 PM: €30
Check-out until 8:00 PM: €50
Check-out after 8:00 PM: 100% of the daily rate
In any case, you must inform the hotel reception of your late check-out request no later than at the time of your arrival.

Pet policy

Our hotel accepts pets only upon prior arrangement. An additional charge applies.
If you are traveling with pets, please inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

General policy

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Power cards must remain connected to the room key at all times. Tampering or removing them is not permitted.
The hotel bears no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within the premises.
Guests must respect quiet hours and behave in a manner that does not disturb others.
