Check-in / Check-out policy

On the day of arrival, our guests can occupy the room from 14:00 to 18:00, and they must vacate the room by 10:00 on the day of check-out. We kindly ask you to observe the night silence from 22:00 to 07:00. Furthermore, we would like to ask our guests not to allow strangers into the accommodation. Upon arrival, all guests must check in with a valid ID, for which we use a document reader in accordance with Hungarian legislation.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

A clean pet may be brought into the apartment building, provided that it does not pose a danger to other guests or create a disturbing noise source (e.g. a barking dog, a loud bird, etc.). Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment for a long time!

General policy

Liability
Guests are financially liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the apartment building, its rooms, and its garden, or from violating the house rules. The operators are not liable for the guests' belongings!
Smoking
Smoking and using incense in the building are prohibited! There are designated areas in the garden and on the terraces. Please limit smoking to these areas and use the ashtray!
Fire, cooking
Fire is prohibited, grilling is permitted on the upper terraces, subject to the current fire safety regulations. (Place fire extinguisher next to fire/emblems, remove flammable materials from the fire.) Before leaving the barbecue, please make sure that the embers have been extinguished!
Closing the building
The doors of the building can only be opened from the outside with a key, so we ask our guests to keep the keys to the entrance doors with them when leaving the building. Please be very careful with the keys, if they are lost, a complete lock replacement will be charged!
Use of furnishings
We ask that the furnishings be used for their intended purpose! Please do not remove decorative objects and pictures from their places. Please do not take the objects of use inside and on the terraces (table, chairs, bed, bedding, mattress, TV, other tools and objects) out of the apartment building!
Cleaning
Cleaning rules: guests receive the rooms clean and tidy and must ensure their cleanliness during their stay. For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning, bed linen change and towel change are done weekly. We will of course meet any other requests for an additional fee.
Garbage disposal
Household waste can be collected in the trash can in the kitchen. If these are full during your stay, please empty them into the mixed or selective (paper, plastic, metal) collection bins located on the street front of the building!
Cooling - heating
The apartment building has a central geothermal heat center, which heats the rooms in winter and cools them in summer. Cooling and heating are centrally controlled, individual heating control is possible after consultation.
Meals
The apartments have an equipped kitchen. Please use the table for meals.
Garden and terraces
The garden and terraces are maintained by the host. Please take care of the integrity of household items and plants! Guests can use the tools used in the garden and terraces at their own risk! Do not leave children unattended in the garden and on the terrace!

The following will result in an immediate ban:
- Indecent or uncivilized behavior.
- Disturbing the peace and quiet of others and the community.
- Behavior that offends public morals.
- Being loud, listening to disturbingly loud music.
- Continuous littering.
Anyone who continues to cause damage or cause disturbance after being warned is required to leave immediately after the damage has been assessed and paid for!
