Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in time is from 3 pm until 9pm, and rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Group Policy

For all Group reservations of 5 or more room we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid in full at least one month before arrival day.

General policy

Pre-Booked Amenities/Package Elements 
Charges will apply for all additional amenities pre-booked with the reservation even if they are not taken (eg breakfast, wine, early-arrival, late check-out). Any unused amenities/package elements are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all our bedrooms, bar/restaurant and all the common areas. We reserve the right to charge €100 cleaning fee for smoking within the building. 

Damages:
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings as well as a noise disturbance, if compensation is given to other guests due to noise.
