Check-in / Check-out policy

* Check in starts from 15:00 until 23:00.
* Check out is until 11:00 A.M.

>The main gate is closed at 23:00, if you arrive later than that time, please inform our office by sending an email in advance( info@tokyoedosakura.com) or by phone; +81 (0)3-5808-1730.
> If you arrive earlier than 15:00, you may drop your luggage in the front desk.

NO PET ALLOWED.

General policy

* A valid credit card is needed in all reservations . We do not charge your credit card at the time you make your reservations. It is only used to guarantee the reservation.
* Upon arrival, passports or residence card (non japanese) is needed and full payment amount of stay will be charged.
* Arriving at the property with more than the number of  guests or party reserved  is compulsory to pay an extra charge of JPY 3,500 per night per set of bedding.
* Children aged 6 years and older  are already considered or counted as an adult.
* All types of rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only possible in the designated area on the first floor ONLY. Room recovery fee will be charged if not comply.
* Guests are reliable for any damage in the  hotel’s premises or property caused by any person in the party (whether accidental or willful), so with the stained in the tatami mat, mattresses, or any part of the room, a fee will be charged for fixtures, cleaning, furnishing and replacement. In relation to this, dying one`s hair in the room or bathroom is highly discouraged.
* Cleaning starts at 10:00 A.M until 2:00 P.M everyday. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned , put "PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB" sign on your door.
* Yukata (Japanese Pajama) , belts, hair dryer and other things in the room or in the property belong to The Edo Sakura.
*As of July 2023 and onwards , breakfast price update is JPY 1400, JPY 1300, JPY 1200, JPY 800 until further notice. The menu will be presented in the front desk, mail if requested. Laundry (self-service) is JPY 1,500 yen and Japanese Private bath in the first floor is JPY 1,000 for 40 minutes.
* Rooms are not soundproof ,keeping the area quiet and peaceful especially after 11:00 P.M is highly appreciated.
* The front desk is available from 7:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M everyday.
* The main gate is closed after 11:00 P.M but the second gate is available 24 hours with its passcode (Passcode will be told upon check in).
