Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-In between 02:00 PM and 08:00 PM.
Check-Out time is 10:30 AM. Late check-out can be requested although this will always be subject to availability.

Kindly note that we do not allow pets.

General policy

100% Room Charge is required after booking. If no payment is made within 3 days, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation 30 days before departure, charge 100%. no show 100%

Our Front Office is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM.


To ensure other guests are not disturbed there must be no noise disruption before 10:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.


For stays with additional guests, our extra charge policy is as follows:

0–3 years old: Stay free of charge.

4–9 years old: Breakfast charge of THB 400 per night (sharing bed with parents).

10 years old and above: Extra bed charge of THB 1,500 per night, including breakfast.
** Baby cot is complimentary and available upon request.
