Check-in / Check-out policy

Arrival: from 15:00.
Departure: until 12:00.
Guests wishing to arrive or depart at another time must arrange this with the Centre's staff.
Access to rooms and common areas is possible in two ways: a unique code generated for the guest or a magnetic key. On the day of arrival, an SMS with the code and information on how to enter the room and common areas will be sent to the guest's contact telephone number information. Upon arrival, enter the code in the digital door lock. You will find the magnetic key (pendant) in the room next to the computer.
When you leave, you must leave the rooms and other premises tidy (remove the bedding, pick up the products from the refrigerator, etc.).
Leave the magnetic pendant in the room next to the computer, slam the door as it exits to prevent unauthorized access to the room.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We accept guests with pets, except for the rooms on the 1st floor of the German-style house - Pervalka and Preila.
You must inform ICTW staff in advance that you will be arriving with pets.
The guests are responsible for the damage caused by their pets and have to compensate for it.
There is a one-time fee of 15 EUR per pet for the entire stay.
