Check-in / Check-out policy

TIMINGS:
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Check-in time starts at 15:00 PM.
Late check-out - early check-in is arrangable upon request. please contact us. 

LUGGUAGE STORAGE:
There is a luggage room available at the basement for free to store your luggage before check-in or after check out. 

SAFTY DEPOSIT:
We will ask you for a safty deposet at you arrival: 150€ for the studios and 200€ for the apartments. This safty deposit will be repaid after the check out, if no damage accourd.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival since we don't have a classical 24/7 reception and we need to arrange your arrival in advance. Please contact us at least a day in advance to communicate your arrival hour and confirm it 60 min before your estimated arrival under ‭+33 6 38 21 51 22‬.

Pet policy

We are dogfriendly. One dog is inclusive. Addictional dogs are 15€ per dog.
-->please annouce us in advance when you will come with a dog.

Please be responsible in terms of hygene and cleanlyness, to avoid extra cleaning charges. Thank you.

Dogs are also allowed at the beach. Restricted time is during high season from 9 - 19h.
Don't forget use the multiple bag dispenser to keep the city and beach clean. Thank you.
