Check-in / Check-out policy

TIMINGS:
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Check-in time starts at 15:00 PM.
Late check-out - early check-in is arrangeable upon request. please contact us in advance. 

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
There is a luggage room available for free to store your luggage before check-in or after check out. 

SAFETY DEPOSIT:
We will ask you for a safety deposit at your arrival: 150€ for the studios and 200€ for the apartments. This safety deposit will be repaid after the checkout if no damage occurs.

ARRIVAL TIME:
Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival since we don't have a classical 24/7 reception and we need to arrange your arrival in advance. Please contact us at least a day in advance to communicate your arrival hour and confirm it 60 min before your estimated arrival under ‭+33 6 38 21 51 22‬.

Pet policy

We are dog-friendly. Dogs stay with us for 12€ per day. Please note that there is only ONE dog allowed per apartment. 
-->please announce to us in advance when you will come with a dog so we can prepare for you the dog bowls. 

Due to negative experiences in the past, we had to limit our facility to humans and dogs.
All other animals like cats are no longer allowed to bring. 

Please be responsible in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, to avoid extra cleaning charges. In cases of extra cleaning procedures necessairy we allow us to charge a minimum of 50€.  Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Dogs are also allowed at the beach. Restricted time is during the high seasons from 10 - 19h.
Don't forget to use the multiple bag dispenser to keep the city and beach clean. Thank you.

General policy

Please note that we apply a strict 'no smoking' policy in respect of all our rooms and apartments.
There is a designated (outdoor) smoking area at the terrace.

In the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning necessitated, we will levy additional fees on check-out.
