Check-in / Check-out policy

ARRIVAL – CHECK-OUT
You can check in the rooms from 2 p.m. on the day of the arrival. The check-out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of earlier arrival or later departure we gladly guard the luggage at the reception.
(Depending on the booking of the rooms on the previous and the following day, you can check in earlier as well but we can only approve this on the day of the arrival.)

LATE CHECK OUT
Our guests may require late check-out after previous agreement depending on the number of bookings in our hotel.
The extra cost of late check-out is 5.000 HUF / room.
In this case you may check out up to 5 p.m. and the extra cost includes the use of our wellness department.

Early Check In, (depending on available capacity):
Check-in from 10:00 a.m., 5,000 HUF / room, including use of our wellness department.

Payment Policy

Payment policy might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact payment policy next to the Rate name.

Pet policy

PETS
We also welcome small and housebroken pets in all rooms of Hotel Tornácos.
Cost: 3.900 HUF / night.

Group Policy

In case of group bookings above 20 persons we require a deposit of 30 per cent.

General policy

OUR PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING FURTHER SERVICES:
-half board or rich buffet breakfast, (Breakfast: in the main building: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., in the Lifestyle Hotel: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.)
-unlimited use of our wellness area: leisure pool, Finnish sauna, steam cabin with aroma and colour therapy,
daily variety of tisane and herbal tea in the resting area of the wellness department,
-unlimited use of the gym (cardio and power booster equipments),  
-use of sun terrace with comfortable deckchairs in summer,
-free parking in the parking lot in front of the building equipped with video cameras,
-unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access in the rooms and in the common halls,

NON-SMOKING ROOMS
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. According to the law paragraph XLI. of 2011 smoking is prohibited in the complete area of our hotel. In case you wish to smoke, it is only possible in our garden and the specific places assigned for smoking.

RESTAURANT
Our guests can consume their breakfast between 07:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in our restaurant.
Restaurant Tornácos welcomes you between 07:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. with the local specialities of the neighbourhood and the offers renewed in each season.

BANK CARDS
We accept bank cards for payment in our hotel.

500 HUF of tourism tax / person / night is to be paid on the spot above the age of 18.
The prices above include 5 per cent VAT in the case of accommodation and 5 or 27 per cent in the case of all other services. The prices might change according to the change of VAT law. Thanking you in advance for your understanding.

CANCELLATION
The following conditions apply for cancelling a booked and confirmed room or in case of non-arrival:
the room can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
the room can be cancelled with the charge of 30 per cent of the price within 120 and 24 hours
the room can be cancelled charging the full price within 24 hours.
