Check-in / Check-out policy

Your host will meet you at the apartment and will provide you with all the necessary  important details. Please do keep in mind that your host will only be reachable between 9am and 5pm. If your arrival does not fit into this time frame we will make sure you get access to self check-in. This case we need to arrange a meeting the next morning for administration. The official check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is until 10am.

Please note that given the current situation, only self-check-in is possible.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We do not allow any pets in the suites.

Group Policy

Cancellation Policy for groups (3 rooms or more):
We ask for a 50% deposit in case of a group booking.
Cancellations made 60 days to 30 days prior to the date of arrival will result in loss of the deposit..
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the full amount of the booking. 
In case of some groups the cancellation policy might differ.
