Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in time: from 14:00 to 20:00.
Early check-in is only possible depending on available rooms, we can only provide information on the day of arrival.
Late check-in is possible if you have checked in online and paid the accommodation fee.

Check-out time: from 07:00 to 10:00.
If you want to check out earlier, settle your bill the day before at the latest and please put the key card in the mailbox at the main entrance when you leave.

Pets are not allowed in our rooms.

General policy

The Service Provider and the management do not assume any responsibility in case of loss, damage or theft of the guest's valuables. The guest is solely responsible for the preservation of his own valuables. I undertake to take care of the equipment and condition of the room, all damage caused to the equipment is my responsibility. In the rooms Smoking is FORBIDDEN, smoking is considered vandalism!
I accept that I am personally liable in the event of non-payment of all incurred costs, or I am aware that this obligation cannot be suspended or terminated under any circumstances. I consent to the use of my personal data for administrative and marketing purposes. The accommodation guarantees that it will not transfer this information to third parties or its subsidiaries.
