Payment Policy

Payment policy for advance payments
A valid credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
50% deposit will be charge on your credit card.
You will pay the balance on arrival, so you can still choose to pay by cash or credit card on arrival. ( 3% additional fee by card).

Cancellation
If your booking is cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit of 50% of your booking is due.
If cancelled or modified later than 60 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Pet policy

In Swasti, we love pet and we host a family of 6 cats, 5 rabbits and a gang of 10 sheeps and gosts.
For preserve a safe envoronment for them we do not allow the presence of other pets inside the property

Group Policy

More than 10 pax, we consider you as a group. Group has special policies in Swasti and need to contact the management for booking request.
