Check-in / Check-out policy

*Our check-in time is at three in the afternoon (3pm), if you arrive before three it is possible that your room is not available until the time of check-in already said.
*Our check-out it's at noon, midday (12:00 hours), each extra hour or partial (less than an hour) has a charge depends of the season, ONLY UPON AVAILABILITY

Group Policy

We kindly ask you to be aware of our other guests, everyone deserves respect and a quiet night, just like you! we are a rest hotel where meetings, celebrations, reunions or any activity that bother any other guest of the property will be taken into account, such as music, loud voices, shouting or any noise that disturbs other guests as well as moving furniture excessively is strictly prohibited.
If you are coming for a celebration, we recommend you go to one of the many bars in the center, all of which are accessible at a fairly short walking distance distance.  

We will call your attention a maximum of two times (although it may be only one time) before asking you to leave the property without any refund, at any time of the day and any necessary means such as the police.

We beg you, be nice to other guests, just as they should be with you.

Each guest needs to register individually at check in, per room.
