Check-in / Check-out policy

1. Each house has a parking space, if you have arrived with several cars, please park the other cars outside the fence!
2. Based on official regulations, it is necessary to provide personal data specified before arrival. In the absence of this, we cannot bet.
3. Check-in is possible from 15:00, the accommodation must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure. We try to be flexible with these, if it is agreed in writing beforehand. Otherwise, Slowood Cabins reserves the right to charge an additional night.

Pet policy

For the undisturbed rest of the forest animals and the other guests, do not bring your small pet with you to the Slowood Cabins area!

General policy

1. We cannot accept guests under the age of 14.
2. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, please pay extra attention to the risk of fire in the forest!
3. Setting fires, barbecuing, and activities with open flames are strictly prohibited in Slowood Cabins. Violation of this rule will result in immediate vacating the accommodation without compensation!
4. It is forbidden to bring animals in!
5. The water in the jacuzzis is changed after the guests leave, so it may happen that the temperature of the water is not yet high enough upon arrival on the same day. If you are not using the pool, always fold the top down!
6. It is forbidden to bring glass into the jacuzzi, it is forbidden to eat in the pool!
7. If damage occurs, please contact us immediately! The damage caused must be compensated.
8. We do everything for the highest possible level of cleanliness and hygiene at the accommodation, but please note that you are in the forest, so despite our best efforts, you may encounter ants or other insects at the accommodation.
9. Since the interior of the cabins is mostly made of wood, it is particularly sensitive to moisture. Please put muddy, wet shoes in the cupboard or on the doormat!
10. We cannot be held responsible for your valuables at Slowood Cabins.
11. Please consider the other hotel guests and the animals of the forest, so avoid loud activities after ten in the evening! 12. If you order breakfast, please comply with our partner's requests. You can ask your comments and questions about breakfast directly to our partner.

The most important rule: Feel good, relax, slow down and recharge!
