Group Policy

In group reservations or in case all rooms of the hotel are booked, 50% of the total price of the accommodation price will be paid after the reservation, 25% of the total accommodation price will be paid 45 days before the arrival date and the remaining 25% will be paid 30 days before the group's arrival date to the bank account specified by the hotel or by credit card.

You may cancel your group reservation free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 45 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 15 days before arrival.

General policy

Only children above 15 years old are welcome. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
