A valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa) is required upon check-in.

All charges may be quoted in your local currency, and converted to the hotel’s chosen currency (Indonesian Rupiah). The converted price is based on the bookkeeping rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies processing payments are not within the control of the resort, and are subject to exchange rate fluctuation.

Payments made by credit card onsite at Siddhartha Oceanfront Resort & Spa will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. You can also settle the final bill via a bank transfer on site to one of our accounts.

General policy

Please help us to save energy and protect the environment by observing a few simple guidelines:

Kindly switch off the lights and make sure that windows and doors are closed when the air conditioning is on. If you do not wish to have your towels changed every day please hang them up on the towel rack and they will be left for further use.

We only change hand towels and wash towels that are in the basket below the washbasin.

Your bed is made daily. We only change bed linen if the required card is placed on the bed.

Reusable water bottles can be purchased on site. Free drinking water stations for your refillable bottle are available throughout the resort.

The resort has a 24-hour security service. We advise you not to leave valuables out in the open, please use your in-room safe.

Please Note: Our resort does not accept children under the age of 10. If children are an additional guest in a bungalow - our standard Extra Guest Surcharge rate applies.
While we welcome families, please consider this when booking with Siddhartha.
