Check-in / Check-out policy

The accommodation can be occupied from 14 on the day of arrival and leave on 11 am on departure day. For a different request, please contact the reception desk. The guesthouse will keep the booked accommodation until 20:00 on the day of arrival and then have the right to sell it, so please always indicate late check-in.

Early check-in is subject to availability. If there is not enough room available for early arrivals, we offer a free of charge luggage room and parking.

We would like to remind you that the financial responsibility of the guesthouse starts when guests occupy their rooms regardless when they signed the information sheet. Check-in is complete when guests receive their keys of the property.

Pet policy

Pets allowed in a limited capacity. In a built kennel, we can place two pets at a time. Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.

Group Policy

The Service Provider reserves the conditions of a specific contract for bookings of specialty products, group bookings or events.
