Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability, additional fee may apply)

• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out available upon request with a fee).

Guests must provide a valid credit card at check-in. If arriving after 9:00 PM, please notify us 24 hours in advance to arrange a late check-in.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

We welcome pets under the following conditions:

• Weight limit: Up to 25 kg (55 lbs) per pet.

• Pet fee: $50 per stay (non-refundable).

• Rules: Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and cannot be left unattended in rooms. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Restricted areas: Pets are not allowed on kitchen.

Management reserves the right to charge additional fees for damages or disturbances caused by pets.

Group Policy

Group Reservation Policy

For reservations of 3 or more rooms, the following conditions apply:

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure availability.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.

• Cancellation Policy:

• More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund.

• Between 10 and 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Less than 10 days before check-in: Non-refundable.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for large groups in case of damages or incidents.

General Policies & House Rules

At Serena Boutique Hotel, we strive to provide an exceptional experience while maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please review our policies before your stay:

• Respect for the property: Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of their rooms and common areas. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.

• Noise control: To ensure a relaxing ambiance, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Visitor policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors must be approved by management and are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

• Smoking policy: Serena Boutique Hotel is a smoke-free property in rooms and enclosed areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated open areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

• Alcohol & substance use: Excessive alcohol consumption and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
