Payment policy for advance payments
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS – MASTERCARD – VISA). If the credit card is not valid at the time of collection or pre-authorization of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before the date of arrival.

Selva Negra is pet friendly but pets are only accepted in a limited number of lodging options. Pets are allowed in our Karen rooms only and incur a cost of US$25 per pet per night. The hotel reserved the right to charge an additional in depth cleaning in the case of any additional mess or smells. In case that pets aren't reported in advance, an additional charge will be incurred and reservation may be denied.
For reservations for groups of 10 rooms or more, please email our special events team at: email@example.com. Group reservations (ten or more rooms) require credit card guarantees or may require an advance payment deposit of the total charges. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date. Deposit may be made in person or by wire transfer. Notification of cancellation will vary between 15 - 30 days prior to arrival date depending on type of group.
The hotel can charge your card without your presence in the following cases: - For any damage caused to your hotel room during your stay that is discovered after you have left the hotel. - Charge of the room price, in case of late cancellation or no-show. In accordance with our cancellation policy (see above) - Some days before arrival as guarantee (see above). Varies by group or individual. - If the hotel needs to carry out a deep cleaning in the case of extreme dirt caused by the customer or by having smoked. - If you leave the hotel without paying your room and / or services used.
