General policy

The price of the package includes:
• the rental price of the studio, apartment or suite with their equipment for the duration of the rental,
• cleaning of the apartment 6 days a week,
• sheets and towels the day of entry changed every 5 days,
• condominium fees,
• water consumption,
• cable television,
• Internet - Wi-Fi,
• a parking space,
• the provision of a safe in the room,
• residence or hotel services (lounge, reception room, meeting point).

The price of the package does not include:
Extras, change of sheets and towels (optional option: 40 reals), meals, and in general all other services not included in the package. Optional services will be paid in local currency to the "SEAFLATS" representative.
