Check-in / Check-out policy
Check in is at 2 pm.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is available at extra fee of Rp. 50,000 per pax and extends check out time until 3 pm. Late check out is only available if we don't have other guests checking in.
Payment policy for advance payments
- Reservation is valid only if the payment has been done and we have confirmed receipt of the funds.
- If there is more than one guest interested in booking the room, the room will be allocated to the guest who reserves first and provides proof of payment within one day of the confirmed reservation.
- Payments can only be made by bank transfer (ATM, Internet banking, mobile banking or cash deposit at BCA) to the account written in the invoice.
- Please do write your invoice number while transferring and also send copy of payment receipt via email or Whatsapp to allow us to trace your payment.
- If no other guest has booked the same room at the same time, we will hold your reservation for 3 days. If we don’t receive the proof of transfer or payment within three days, your booking will be automatically deleted in our reservation system and the room can be booked by another guest.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
All package shall be paid in advance via bank transfer.
We welcome pets, as long as you feed them, ensure they aren't bothering other guests, and ensure that they do not create a mess. We have two dogs on the property who are generally friendly to other dogs and animals.
We are more than happy to cater to groups for team building, organizational retreats, birthday parties, family gatherings, and other special occassions. As of now, we only have three 'units' for rent. The main unit is the Mountain Lodge that we have set a minimum occupancy of 6 people - that means the base price is calculated at 6 people. You can still come with less than six, but you'll have to pay the rate for 6 people. For each additional person, an extra charge is applied that covers their package - not only an extra bed, but also all meals and access to all facilities. The maximum occupancy for the main lodge is 9.
For the second unit is the Deck Suites. It has two rooms side by side called the Sun Suite & the Moon Suite, we have a minimum occupancy of 2 for each room. For each additional person beyond 2, there will be an extra charge to cover their full board package. Maximum occupancy is 6.
The third unit is the Travellers Cabin. It is a cabin with two bunkbeds with minimum capacity of 1. For each additional person, there will be an extra charge to cover their full board package. Maximum occupancy is 4.
We will only block your accommodation selection and consider your reservation confirmed once we have received proof of payment for your room. This is to avoid last minute cancellations, and helps us make sure our guests are really coming and not just thinking about coming :)
If you have paid but need to cancel because of some serious reason, please get in touch and let us know, and we will try to find a replacement. If we can't find a replacement, we may have to charge you a cancellation fee.
