Check-in / Check-out policy
Self check-in is available 0-24 h. There is an automated reception at the main entrance facilitates check-in and check-out, operating with staff from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you wish to pay by cash you can make the payment at the front desk till 7 pm. After 7 pm only the self check-in is available where only card is accepted.

Check-out: By following the steps on the display, the key card can be returned, and you can pay the tourist tax and extra charges via the self-service automat. If you need any help the front desk is availabe for you. 

Complimentary enclosed parking is available for hotel guests, with accessible parking spaces. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like to reserve a parking space.

General policy
Key card:
You can get one key card per room. The doors of the rooms and the common areas can also be opened with the reservation code. During the check-out please hand down the key card. If it is not handed down or in case of loss an extra fee will be charged.

Payment:
Our hotel accepts the following payment methods:
-cash HUF and EUR
-debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro)

Exchange money:
Exchange is only recommended at the bank or exchange officies, it is not possible at our hotel. Feel free to ask the recepcionist with your questions.

Fire alarm system:
There are fire and smoke detectors as well as fire extinguishers placed in the hotel. Incase of fire or when the alarm sound follow the escape route on the room door. Please avoid using any products or deodorants with high pressure near the fire the smoke detectors!

Fire safety rules for hotel rooms:
1. Flammable materials should not be stored in the room in quantities from the intended use of the living space and pose fire hazard.
2. Flammable liquids ( such as gasoline, paint, thinner etc.) or any other unsuitable flammable materials should not be temporarily placed in the room.
3. It is strictly prohibited to block electrical equipment and switches, fire extinguishers, doors or narrow pathways leading them ti even termporiarly.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room! Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas, where used tobacco products must be collected in the designated metal container for storage.
5. In case of fire in the room, teh reception or fire department must be immediatley notified at the mergency number 112.
6. Before leaving the room, individuals must ensure teht there are ni circumstances that could cause fire afterwards ( cigarette, swiched-on electrical devices, etc.). Any potetial fire hazards must be eliminated. 

Parking:
We provide free parking for our Guests. By sending the car's licence plate number, the barrier opens automatically. There is also a disabled parking lot at the hotel.
For electric vehicles, bicycles, and othe vehiclesm we have 4 private charging stations, which can be used for an extra fee. Please ask our reception staff about the prices.

Smoking:
Smoking or the using of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the hotel with the exceptions of the designated places. In case of smoking in the room charges a compensation fee of HUF 50.000 in all cases.

Wake-up service: 
If you need a wake-up call, please indicate the reception.

Cleaning:
We do the daily cleaning from 8 am-4 pm. If you do not want daily cleaning or need extra cleaning, hang out the proper doorknob card. 

Laundry:
Our housekeepers can clean, wash and iron your clothes for extra fee. Please let our collagues know if you need this service. You can ask our reception staff for information about the current fees.

Changing bedclothes:
Our colleagues change the bedclothes every third day. If you need daily or extra change please signify it at the reception!

Changing towels:
Towels are changed every three days. It is also possible to change it daily if it is indicated after use (by throwing the towel on the floor). Please note that if there is no longer any colleague from the Housekeeping in the area of the hotel, we can fulfill your request the following day!

Bathroom products:
The dispenser contains cosmetics that can be used as sampoo and shower gel. The dispensers are reguraly checked by our housekeepers and refilled upon special request.

Sewing kit/ Shoe cleaner:
We provide sewing and shoe cleaners, please signify your need at the reception.

Toothbrush/Toothpaste/Disposable razor:
If you need toothbrushes, toothpaste or disposable razors, please signify it at the reception.

Umbrella:
Our Guests can use umbrellas palce at the entrance for free while staying in the hotel.

Baby friendly services: 
In our hotel you can request a baby bed, toilet seat and step stool for free of charge. Please indicate at the time of booking or on the day of arrival at the latest!
We provide highcharis at the breakfast room. Please note that limited number of items are available!

Extra blanket or pillow:
If you need plus blanket or pillow, please signify it at the reception. Please note that limited number of extra blankets and pillows are available!

Telephone: 
Reception phone number: +36 30 655 9090. You have the opportunity to make calls both domestically and internationally. The cost of the call will be charged to your room account, please ask our receptionst for the phone.

Television:
All rooms are equipped by SMART television, the list of channels is available in the annexe.

Internet:
The hotel provides free Wi-Fi for our Guests. Wi-fi is password protected, you can find the code at the online rception. 

Minibar:
A minibar is availabe to our Guests in every room the price list is separate attachement. Please inform the reception before the departure in case of consumption.

Damages:
In case of causing damage to the building or equipment of the hotel extra fee will be charged!

Safety box: 
Our Guests have the opportunity to use the safety deposit box in the rooms to preserve their values. We do not take resposibility for personal items placed in other areas of the hotel!

Safety box instructions:
1., The safety deposit box is open.
2., Press the 'reset' button found on the inner side of the door.
3., Enter a code (3-8 digits), which will be the code number of the safe. Press 'E' to confirm.
4., There are two beeps when the new code has been accepted and saved. If the yellow light flashes and the safety box beeps three times, the code change fails.
5., Close the door and rotate the handle to the vertical position.
6., To open give your code and press the 'E' button. Please open the door by turning it clockwise within 5 seconds.

If opening code is entered incorrectly 3 times, a beed sounds for 20 seconds, after which the safe can only be opened with an emergency key.  If any problems arise please feel free to contact the reception!
The hotel takes no responsibility for any valuables left in the safety deposit box! 

Luggage transportation:
Our reception staff will help with the delivery of packages if needed.

Luggage storage:
If you arrive earlier or leave later, we will keep ypur luggage in a safe place. Contact the reception with your requests.

Breakfast:
We are waiting for our Guests with a buffet breakfast every morning between 7 am and 10 am in our Café. The breakfast contains drinks, muesli, cereals, yoghurt, burtter, jam, honey, cold cuts, sausages, cheese, fresh vegetables, fruit, and a variety of locally made bakeries. The buffet breakfast is included in the room price.

Bar:
Our Guests can enjoy coffee, refreshments, and alcoholic beverages in the Café & Bar area between 7 am and 7 pm. for an extra charge. Zhe guest area can be opened after 7 pm with the key card or the reservation code. You can use the microwave free of charge. 

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
