Please contact the administration in case of late departure or luggage departure.
When leaving, turn off electrical equipment, return keys to administration.

Pet policy

Pets are charged 10 EUR/night
PETS ARE ALOWED PROVANCE and DUNE HOUSE.
PETS NOT ALOWED VILLA STONE HOUSE and VILLA ROGAS!
Pets must not interfere with the rest and peace of mind of other guests.
Pets are only allowed with leashes and muzzles, and excrement must be collected.
The pet owner is responsible for bringing the pet and is fully committed to 100%. to compensate for the loss caused by the pet.

General policy

1. Payment terms: Guests are only charged the full price of the booking;
2. Only the number of persons specified at the time of registration can live in the apartments;
3. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m., during this period it is prohibited: to make noise, play music or otherwise inconvenience to guests;
4. When staying in an apartment, check the belongings and inventory inside. Immediately report faulty or damaged items to the administration. Guests are financially responsible for any property owned or damaged by Pape Rogas through their fault or neglect, as well as any movable or immovable property within the site. Damaged inventory or other property shall be settled immediately prior to leaving Pape Rogas;
5. It is not allowed to move furniture, carry linen, bed sheets, furniture, chairs from the rooms without the approval of the administration;
6. The Administration is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartments;
7. The behavior and safety of children is the responsibility of parents or other persons who care for them. If the loss is caused by the actions of minors in Pape Rogas, the parents or guardians of the children shall be liable;
8. Apartments, terraces and balconies, and communal areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas;
9. It is imperative that electrical appliances are used properly and that they are not accessible to children. Do not leave unattended electrical appliances. It is forbidden to use own electrical appliances with an electric power of more than 150W;
10. Cleaning and frying of fish shall be prohibited in the apartments. You have access to a outside kitchen where you can clean and cook fish;
11. Cars can be parked only in parking place.
12. Fire and safe behavior must be adhered to. In the event of an accident, inform the administration immediately by tel. +370 623 06234;
13. First aid kit, fire extinguishers are in the outside kitchen;
14. The Administration shall have the right to demand that persons who fail to comply with, or grossly violate, the Pape Rogas Rules of Procedure leave the Pape Rogas to an earlier date and claim damages;
15. Room cleaning fee 30 EUR;
16. Drinking water from a 130 m well;

18. Barbecue equipment is used only in the cooking area, it is not allowed to carry barbecue equipment for security!
