Check-in / Check-out policy
We will charge your card after your departure from the property to match any unpaid balance in your bill or should we discover any damaged goods or stolen items in your room in order to replace them.
Payment policy for advance payments
You will be charged a non-refundable 30% of the total booking price at the time of booking.
Payment policy for non-advance payments
Payment is due at the property at the time of check out.
Please note that we reserve the right to pre-authorize your Debit Credit card prior to your arrival.
The Hotel reserves the right to decline pet stays for rooms that are not pre-arranged. Pet Friendly rooms are subject to availability.
Your pet is welcome to stay with you in your Self-Catering Home as allocated by our Front-desk team. Pets are not allowed in any upstairs areas inside the house and must remain out of bedrooms. They also must remain outside areas of the hotel including the Hotel lobby, Bar and Restaurant.
We do advise that you bring your own pet bed or blanket, food & water bowl, and pet food to the hotel.
There is no additional charge if you are bringing your pet along, however we do reserve the right to charge in the event of any damage done to the room/house.
Please note that we do not have an elavator. Please request a ground floor room upon booking if required.
If you have an impairment or require extra assistance please inform reception before arrival at the hotel as we aim to make your stay us as comfortable as possible.
