Check-in / Check-out policy

The check in is available from 14:00 to 20:00. After early agreement we can change this, depend on the free capacity. The latest time for the check out is 10:00, except the late check out is available for the guest.

Pet policy

We can't accept guest with pets on the area of the ApartHotel.

Group Policy

For team reservation, the advance money that need to pay 50% in every case.
For modification or resignation is possible before of the arriving date with 14 days, later the whole accomodation fee will be charged.

General policy

If the reservation is a discount packoffer and the cancel for this arrive in 8 days to the check-in date, then the discount amount (100%) will be charged.
