Check-in / Check-out policy

The apartment can be occupied from 15.00 to 18.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.

If you wish to check in or out at a different time, please let us know in advance, depending on our availability we will try to facilitate your stay.

Pet policy

Due to their design, pets are not allowed in the apartments.

General policy

From 06.09.2021, according to the legislation in force, all guests staying in Hungarian accommodation will have their personal data encrypted in the VIZA system.
All our guests are required to hand over their ID card or driving licence or passport to our colleagues who will register them using a document scanner.If you want to get beyond this before your arrival, please download the Guestadvisor app, which is designed to make your stay with us even more unforgettable, you can find it in the Appstore and Play Store.
When you make your booking, you will receive a booking code by email, which you can use to log in to the app and easily upload your ID card and those of the people travelling with you. If you do not wish to check in online, please have your ID ready on arrival so that you can collect the keys to the apartment as soon as possible. Unfortunately it is not possible to book the accommodation without showing your ID.

At our accommodation you can pay with cash, credit card and SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MKB).

Parking is possible in the apartment for the duration of your stay at the price of 2500 HUF / vehicle / night in a covered, closed parking garage, which is located 1.7 km away from the accommodation, 6 minutes by car and 4 minutes walk back on foot.Parking is possible from 0-24 hours, but the parking garage is closed between 22:00-6:00.

Please inform us of your parking needs at least 2 days before arrival and send us your car registration number so that we can let you in. If you fail to do so, we cannot guarantee a parking space. If you have already requested a parking space in advance, you will have to pay the fee at the accommodation in any case.

50m from the accommodation, in a public parking area, 8:00-17:00 on weekdays, 8:00-13:00 on Saturdays, free of charge on Sundays. The parking fee is 480 HUF/hour during the paying period.

The tourist tax is payable on the spot and amounts to 580 HUF/person/night for persons over 18 years of age.

The apartment can only be used by the number of persons for whom the accommodation fee has been paid.
