General policy

Dear Guests,
It's our pleasure to to welcome you at Real Apartments Budapest. We would like to briefly inform you about our house rules to ensure your pleasant stay.
1. Please prepare your ID card or Passport at the Check in.
2. Check in available from 2.00 pm till 10.00pm, Check out from 6.00 am till 11.00 am. Exceptions possible based on personal agreement.
3. During the stay the cleaning is the guests's responsibility. Please be sure you take care about it to ensure the apartment's conditions.
4. Please do not create noise which could disturb the neighbours, especially in the period from 10.00 PM to 8.00 AM.
5. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property or equipments caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
6. Pay attention to your personal belongings. Real Apartments will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings.
7. Real Apartments has no right to enter into the apartment in case of the guests absence, exceptionally if it is necessary due to security or technical emergency to avoid further damages. Guest needs to be informed ahead.
8. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED AT THE APARTMENT! Possible only outside of the apartment at the Smoking areas.
9. It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into any hotel area.
10. Maximum number of guests as per the reservation. Visitors allowed only with pre approoval by the Real Apartments.
11. All guests and visitors needs to follow the House rules.
