Welcome to Ciao Eger Apartments!
Please read carefully our house rules, because by booking you automatically accept the rules described here.

1. Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: you must leave the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Tourist tax: (IFA) According to the tourist tax regulations of the Municipality of Eger, guests over 18 years of age are required to pay a tourist tax per person per night, which is collected by the accommodation during their stay. The amount of this tax is HUF 650 per person per night.
Guests are kindly requested to leave this amount in cash at the apartment upon departure.

4. Security and responsibility. There are security cameras in the outdoor areas of the apartments and in the communal kitchen to protect the building, the guests and their valuables.

5. Shared kitchen and meals: a fully equipped shared kitchen is available. It is an ideal place to enjoy your meals ordered from Quasi Pizzeria or elsewhere in a friendly and comfortable environment. Please always keep the common kitchen and dining area clean after use.

6. Smoking and fire safety. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and inside the building, as well as the use of open flames (candles, incense, cooking outside the stove, etc.) for fire safety reasons. Guests who break the house rules, smoke in the room or use open flames will be asked to leave the property immediately and will be fined EUR 100.

7. Any damage or deterioration of the apartment and its facilities is the responsibility of the person in charge.

Sweet TV subscriptions are available on the TVs, and you can also watch your own Netflix, HBO Max or other streaming services on the TV.

9. Pets: Ciao Eger Apartments are pet-friendly. Small dogs and cats are allowed upon prior request. Pets are subject to an extra charge of 10.000 HUF/night, payable in cash on the spot.

10. Cleaning and linen: Clean linen and towels are provided on arrival. For longer stays, cleaning, change of linen and towels can be requested once a week. For a one-night stay a cleaning fee of HUF 8000 is payable, which is not included in the accommodation rate.

11. Other information:
Keyless entry. The door is locked with a code system.
Technical problem: If there is any malfunction in the apartment, please let us know immediately.
If you have any problems or comments, please report them during your stay so that we can help you as soon as possible.

Television and music: Sweet TV subscription is available on the TVs. You can also listen to music on the TV via YouTube.
Key and access: after successfully completing your check-in, you will find the code to open the door in the Guest Advisor app.
Technical problems: if you notice any malfunctions, please report them to our colleagues immediately!
