Check-in / Check-out policy

ARRIVAL FROM 4:00 pm.
We will hand over the keys personally, please provide your expected arrival time on the day before your arrival and call us at least 1 hour before your arrival on the day of arrival. You can use the keychain later.
Capture until 11:00 am.
Upon arrival, we will record your check-out time.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement for an extra charge of €20/hour. As bookings arrive at the touch of a button, we can confirm it one day in advance. We also offer a consolidated shuttle service to the city first and later to the villa. Guaranteed early arrivals or late departures are possible at an additional charge of € 300, subject to prior arrangement.

Pet policy

PETS are not allowed.

Group Policy

Groups are allowed up to a maximum of 30 people, non-hotel guests pay a surcharge of 10 € / person. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger groups at the Villa.

General policy

FREE SERVICES: bed linen (2 pillows, duvet), towels (3 towels 30*50cm, 70*140cm, 100*150cm per person), toiletries, internet Wifi and cable TV, safe, towel change day 3 or 4, weekly cleaning long for long-term bookings.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: € 150 final cleaning, early check-in or late check-out €20/hour, refundable deposit € 500
SERVICES ACCOMMODATION: baby set (bed, high chair, changing table), air conditioning, breakfast, dinner menu, transfer to airport and city, party bus, program tickets, car rental, therapeutic massage.
LOCATION: The Villa is located in a residential area, community rules must always be respected. No loud noise from the house (balconies, terraces, garden) after 22:00. We do not undertake any wedding or other garden or noisy events. In case of loud noise, after the announcement, all guests must move out of the property, in which case the remainder of the deposit and the rent will not be refunded. If the neighbors call the Police, the guests have to pay the fine.
NUMBER OF PERSONS: Prices are valid for the occupied person. Additional guests are subject to prior arrangement, the maximum capacity is possible until the day of arrival, subject to additional charges. In case of unused guest use, the Villa will be charged a penalty of € 100 per person.
SMOKING is only allowed on balconies and terraces, a penalty of € 100 per room for violation of the rule.
