Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is possible until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-out (after 11:00 AM) depend on availability and can be arranged for an additional fee.

General policy

The room rate includes WiFi access, parking, and breakfast. Tourist tax is payable at the hotel, except when it is already included in the reservation. All hotel rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen smart TV. The rooms at Premier Hotel Miskolc feature air conditioning and a desk.

A unique feature of the hotel is its room access system: the intelligent room system can be controlled via smartphone through a secure web interface.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge. Within this period, cancellations made by 15:00 on the day of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate per room. After this time, or in case of a no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.


Tourist Tax Exemption
If you would like to request an exemption from the tourist tax, we require an employer-issued declaration confirming the eligibility. The document must include the following:
Names of the guests
Duration of stay
A statement confirming that the guests are staying in Miskolc for work purposes
A statement confirming that they are employed by a company with a registered office or branch in Miskolc

Breakfast
We serve a traditional buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant:

Weekdays: 07:00–10:00
Weekends: 07:00–11:00

Premier Hotel Miskolc – Reception Bar & Café
The elegant lobby bar offers non-alcoholic beverages, quality spirits, and a comfortable atmosphere for meetings, conversations, and relaxation. The open-space lobby area features glass walls and live plants, creating an outdoor-like ambiance during breakfast. In summer, outdoor breakfast seating is also available.

Parking
Parking is available for guests in the underground garage on level -1. Please provide your vehicle’s license plate number in advance. Once registered in our system, the barrier at the entrance of the underground garage at Arany János tér 1 will open automatically for you.
If the barrier does not open automatically, please use the black call button.

After entering, follow the Premier Hotel signs to the designated parking spaces.
If you are arriving by bus, please inform us in advance, and we will find a suitable solution.
