Check-in / Check-out policy

The check-in time on the arrival day from 03:00 pm. In so far as our housekeepers are ready with the rooms before that time, you are able to get your apartment. If you would like to come earlier please inform us in advance by e-mail or telephone. 
The check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Extension of stay is possible on the day of departure if there aren't arriving guest into your apartment on that day.
Extension fees: until 12:00 – 25% of one night accommodation fee, until 14:00 - 50% of one night accommodation fee, until evening - 100% of one night accommodation fee.
If you want to extend your stay, please contact with the receptionist 1 day before.

Payment Policy

Payment policy might differ, depending on the available rate. Please check the exact payment policy next to the Rate name.

Pet policy

Only 1 pet is allowed per apartment.
The extra fee is 10 EUR / night.

Group Policy

If you book more than 3 apartments, we handle the reservation as a group.
The minimum stay is 3 nights in case of group reservations.
The payment and cancellation policies  are taken into individual consideration.

General policy

Room key
After the check-in every guests get a key card of the apartment. The main entrance door and the apartment's door can be opened with the same card.
On the day of the check-out, please leave the cards in the apartment on the table or give them back to the receptionist. If the key is lost or damaged EUR 10   will be charged as compensation.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning is not available, we clean the apartments before your arrival and after your departure.
Extra towel change: 2,5 EUR / towel.
Parking
Parking on the street costs 600 HUF / hour and you must pay from 8:00 to 22:00 on weekdays. At night and at the weekend parking is free.
Parking in Corvin Plaza costs 400 HUF / hour on every day in 24h. Maximum height: 2m. 
Security
In order to preserve their values, you can leave your items in the built-in safe of the apartments. Please always keep the door of the apartment closed at the night.
Electrical appliances
Electrical appliances in the apartments shall be used for its intended purpose. In case of inproper use the guest the damage must be compensated by the guest.
Fire protection
The hotel's fire safety rules, all guests must adhere to. In case of fire do not use the elevator, please use the stairs instead.
Smoking
The smoking only permitted on the balconies or outside of the building. If smoking in the flat EUR 200  extra cleaning will be charged.
Guests tranquility
Please, respect the others guests tranquility and do not disturb them with loudness. With specific reference to listen to each other's tranquility after 22:00.
It is permitted to organize parties or listening loud music in the apartments!
Hotel values
Items of furniture and textiles are not allowed to take out from the hotel. In case of renting more than one apartments please do not take the items from one apartment to another one. Any improper use resulting in damage to guest obligated to pay for the hotel.
Leaving the apartment
Please make sure do not leave the tap water on or leave the lights on as well before you leave the apartments.
Damage
Negligently or intentionally caused damage will be charged immediately.
Extra guests
Maximum 2 extra guests are permitted until 22:00 in the apartments. If the extra guests want to spend the night at the hotel they should pay extra fee (10 EUR / person/night). Please inform the reception about your extra guests in advance.
