CHECK-IN

*Check-in time is any time after 3 pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.

CHECK-OUT

*Check-out is till 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
*Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill.

Pets are welcome for extra charge of 3 EUR per night per pet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

*Prepaid reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and are non-refundable.

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.

Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged fee of 500€ .

WIRELLESS INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please see brochure at the room.

PARKING POLICY

*Car parking has an extra charge 10EUR/night per car.

VALUABLES

*The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

*Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Poilsio namai Banga property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
*In case of damage caused to the Property by the Guest, the Guest is due to cover the cost of all damage caused to the Property.
