Check-in / Check-out policy

The Check-in time is at three in the afternoon (3pm), if you arrive before three is more likely that your room is not available until the time of check-in. We can store your luggage until the room is ready
The check-out time it's at noon, midday (12:00 hours), each extra hour or partial (less than an hour) has a charge depends of the season, only upon availability and only until 3pm, check out after 3pm is no possible, you will need to pay the full night, other policy may apply if the room is not available for the guest to extend more hours or night

There is a cat in the property called Mochi, because of this we do not accept pets of any kind

Group Policy

We kindly ask you to be aware of our other guests, everyone deserves respect, and a quiet night, we are a rest hotel where meetings, celebrations or any activity that bother any other guest of the property will be taken into account, such as music, loud voices, shouting or any noise that disturbs other guests as well as moving furniture excessively is strictly prohibited.
If you are coming for a celebration, we recommend you go to one of the many bars at downtown, all of which are accessible at a fairly short walking distance.

We will call your attention just once before asking you to leave the property without any refund, at any time and by any necessary means such as the police.
