Check-in / Check-out policy

- Check-in time is from 3 PM to 24 PM, and check-out time is from 8 AM to 12 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are allowed for an extra price if possible. 

Reception working hours :
Monday-Thursday 8:00 -22:00
Friday-Saturday 8:00- 23:00
Sunday 8:00 - 20:00

Please note that if you arrive after reception working hours - you will receive self-check-in instructions on your check-in day in the evening  - by email and to the phone number that you indicate in your reservation.

Pet policy

- Maximum Number of Pets in Room: 1

- Continental breakfast is offered at an additional cost. Reservation is required. 
- Underground parking is available for 15 euros per day. Reservation is required.
- Pets are allowed. This is a chargeable service and needs to be approved by the hotel. (1 pet per room) 
- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of accommodation.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. A fine of 100 euros is charged for violation of accommodation rules.
