- Check in: Check-in time is from 15:00. We will be there personally at the place to welcome you and show around. Please get in touch with us to make an appointment.
- Check out: Check-out time is until 11:00. Please pack all your belongings, empty your fridge and leave the room until this time. You should leave your key card inside the room and close the door.

General policy

- Thank you for staying at Budapest Palms Apartments! We hope that you will enjoy your time here. The purpose of these rules is to ensure the high quality of your and our current and future guest’s stay. Please read them and keep them in mind.

- This is a residental house, with private homes. Please respect their rights and keep quiet at all times, especially in the outside area and the house corridors.

- This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed outside, in the balcony. Please pay attention to cleanliness during smoking and use the ashtray.

- The common areas are under 24-hour camera surveillance. This is to protect the safety of our guests and the property. If any kind of disorderly conduct is noticed our personnel will arrive to the premises and take action as needed. We reserve the right to deny further stay, without any refund, from any guest who exhibits problematic beha- viour, causes any intentional damage, or fails to cooperate with our personnel. We also reserve the right to charge the costs of damage caused to our facility.

- It is forbidden to allow extra people to stay in your room, during any time of the day. If such violation is noticed, we reserve the right to deny further stay, without any refunds, from the entire group of guests who committed the violation.

-  No pets or animals are allowed in our facility.
-  Please pay attention to the tidiness and cleanliness of all shared areas. Please do not leave any of your belongings around anywhere outside the apartments.
- In case you have any problems or complaints, notice any technical disorder with any of the equipment or utilities, or if any damage is caused, please call our contact number immediately!

-  Parties, events and loud music is strictly prohibited.
-  Turn off lights & AC when you leave. Help us keep the environment clean.

- Airport transfer: Please conatct with us and tell your flight details to make a reservation.

- Cleaning service: Our cleaning staff will clean up and make necessary refills in all common areas daily. For every initiated 1 week of stay, we perform a full room cleaning and provide a new set of bed linens and towels.

Upon request daily cleaning is also avaliable for extra charge.

- Equipment: Guests may use all the equipment and tools found in the facility at their own responsibility and their own risk. We do not take any responsibility over any damage or harm caused by misuse of equipment. We reserve the right to charge the cost of damage caused intentionally or resulting from careless use or missing items.

Apart from the kitchen equipment, we also provide a washing machine, dryer machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack, as well as the hair dryer, to be used freely. Please return them to their original state and/or put them back in place, making it available to be used by the next guest.

- Safe box: In case you wish to place your small valuable item(s) in our safe box during your stay, please notify our staff, who will provide you access. Use of the safe box is at your own discretion; we do not take any responsibility over items placed in the safe.

- Key card: Please take care of your key card, be careful not to leave it inside the apartment or lose it. If such an accident happens, please call our contact number and we will bring a new card. We reserve the right to charge to cost of replacing a lost key card.

- Check out: Check-out time is until 11:00. Please pack all your belongings, empty your fridge and leave the room until this time. You should leave your key card inside the room and close the door.

In case you wish to check out later, you should contact us and we will allow you to do so if it’s possible, depending on room availability.

If you check out late without any notice towards our staff, we reserve the right to charge 50% of daily room price in case of a delay of less than 3hours, or the total amount of daily room price in the case of a delay longer than that (=checking out later than 14:00).
