CHECK-IN : from 2PM
Early check-in is possible upon availabilities. Please informe us if you are supposed to arrive before 2PM

CHECK-OUT : until 12AM
Please note that late check out is possible at the charges below:
- Until 2PM: Free of charge*.
- Until 7PM: 50% of the first night's rate*. 
- Past 7PM: Full night's charge*. 
*All late check-out timings are subject to request and availability, regardless of rates. Guests can make use of the luggage storage and spare shower on the day of check-out.

Group Policy

PRIVATE POOL VILLAS (2BR & 7BR) POLICIES
For the private pool villas 2BR & 7BR children are welcome, more than 2 years old they are considered as adults

-All the guests have to show a valid identity card in check-in time with credit card. If you are using a company or other party's credit card, an authorization form is required.
-children are welcome (they are considered as adults)
-parties are not allowed. 
-please ask us the form of kitchen&food rules
-It is strictly forbidden to invite unregistered people on the premises.
-Holding deposit at check-in 3 000 000rp for private villa 2 Br and 5 000 000rp for private villa 7BR
-all damages caused have to be refund as the same
-No noise after 9pm

General policy

- into the Suites can only welcome travellers over than 16 years old.
- into the private pool villas 2BR & 7BR children are welcome, more than 2 years old they are considered as adults

Only people registered at the booking are allowed to stay in Karmagali Boutique Suites.
All the guests registered have to show a valid identity card in check-in time with credit card. 
If you are using a company or other party's credit card, an authorization form is required.
Hold-deposit 3 000 000 rp for private 2 BR and 5 000 000 rp for private villa 7 BR is required at check-in for extras or damages, will be refund at check-out. 
All damages caused have to be refund as the same
