There is no reception on site. You will receive your Pin Code and the number of your accommodation in advance, soon after you complete check-in procedure online. Kindly ensure you check-in prior to your arrival at Ogygia Suites.

HOUSE RULES:
Our security department checks the buildings several times during the night, so we would like to strongly emphasize that all guests accept the policy when using the accommodation:

- All our apartments are non-smoking. Violations of this will result in a penalty of EUR 200.

- Please avoid noisy activities between 09:00PM and 08:00AM, as there are neighbors in the building who would like to sleep. It is forbidden to organise events or house parties on the property, and no one other than the registered guests may sleep at the accommodation. If we receive a report about this and/or the neighbors call the police, the suite must be vacated immediately for all guests, the booking fee cannot be refunded and a fine of 500 EUR will be charged.

- In case of violation of the local regulations or any point of the house rules, all guests must leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the booking fee is not refundable in any way!

- If the accommodation is not vacated at the check-out time, this will prevent the accommodation from being prepared and cleaned for the next guest. A charge of EUR 30 will be charged for each extra started hour and must be paid immediately on site.
