1. Reservation and Check-In Procedures
Reservations made through written or other means and confirmed by Oasis Inn, unless cancelled by the guest within the cancellation period, are considered binding for both parties. The reception manager keeps a record of all confirmed reservations.

Oasis Inn accepts only guests who have completed the standard check-in procedure. Guests are required to present a valid form of identification (national ID card or passport) upon arrival. Acceptance of the accommodation rules is also mandatory.

Accommodation is provided only to guests who do not have a contagious illness and are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oasis Inn reserves the right to provide a different room of equal quality and features in case the originally booked room is unavailable.


2. Guest Registration
During check-in, Oasis Inn is required to record the following guest information using an ID scanner:

Full name
Birth name
Place and date of birth
Gender
Nationality
Mother’s name
ID or passport number
For guests under the age of 14, this information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.


3. Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: By 11:00
If you wish to request early check-in or late check-out, please contact reception in advance. This service is subject to availability.

Guests wishing to extend their stay may be provided with a different room depending on availability.

Room doors operate with a smart lock system or key card. The access code is provided only after identity verification at check-in.

Thank you for choosing Oasis Inn Budapest and for placing your trust in us!
By staying at our hotel, you agree to the following house rules. These terms automatically apply upon check-in. For a comfortable and smooth stay, we kindly ask that you read and comply with the following rules:


1. Reservations & Check-in
All reservations confirmed by Oasis Inn and not canceled within the designated period are considered binding for both parties.
Only guests who complete the standard check-in process are allowed to stay. Valid ID (passport or national ID card) must be presented at check-in. Accepting the house rules is also mandatory.
Accommodation services are offered only to guests who do not have any contagious diseases and are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Oasis Inn reserves the right to assign a different room with similar features if needed.

We offer two booking options:

Non-refundable: Ideal for guests with fixed travel plans. This option offers a lower rate but is non-refundable and requires full prepayment.
Flexible: 10% higher in price. Cancellable up to 3 days before arrival with 50% refund. No refund for cancellations made within 3 days of arrival.

2. Guest Registration

3. Check-in & Check-out Times

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Please contact reception in advance.
Guests wishing to extend their stay may be offered a different room if needed.
Visitors are welcome but must be registered at reception. Visits must end by 22:00 and may last up to 2 hours.
Rooms are accessed via a smart lock or card. Entry codes are provided upon identity verification at check-in.


4. Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned after each guest’s stay.
Daily cleaning is available on request and free of charge.
Standard cleaning is provided every two days.
Cleaning hours: 10:00 – 15:00
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign or inform reception.
Iron and ironing board available on request.

5. House Rules & Guest Conduct

Parties are not allowed in the rooms. In case of noise, guests will be warned. Continued disturbance may result in eviction without refund.
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00
Please inform reception for late check-out requests. We will gladly assist based on availability.

6. Safety & Technical Guidelines

Furniture must not be moved; guests may not tamper with electrical systems or equipment.
Please turn off lights and taps before leaving the room.
Lost key cards are subject to a fee of 8,000 HUF / €20.
Children under 12 must not be left unattended.

7. Payment & Administrative Rules
Guests are required to pay all charges as indicated at the time of reservation upon check-in.


8. Additional Rules

Pets are not allowed due to hygiene regulations.
Emergency exit routes are marked in each room. In case of fire, contact reception immediately (dial 100).
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of 40,000–80,000 HUF (€100–€200) will apply for violations. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Breakfast is served in the designated breakfast area from 08:00 to 10:00.
Lost items are kept for 3 months. Perishable food and medicines will be discarded.

All guests are required to comply with these rules. The management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund in the event of serious violations.
In cases of damage (material or reputational) caused by non-compliance, Oasis Inn reserves the right to claim compensation. This includes situations where other guests are disturbed or the reputation of Oasis Inn is negatively affected.

For any complaints or technical issues, please contact our reception in person or via the contact details listed above. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us improve our services continuously through our internal guest experience and complaint management protocols.

Oasis Inn Budapest reserves the right to process and store all guest data. Unless stated otherwise by the guest, we may use this information to share news and promotional updates with you.
