1. Reservations and Check-in
1. Reservations submitted in writing or otherwise, confirmed by Oasis Inn, and not cancelled by the guest in time are binding for both parties. The reception manager keeps a record of all received and confirmed reservations.
2. Oasis Inn only accepts guests who register in the usual way. To do so, the guest must present a valid identification document (identity card or passport) at the reception. Acceptance of the house rules is also mandatory for registration.
3. 3.Accommodation is only permitted for persons who do not suffer from an infectious disease and are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. In special cases, Oasis Inn may provide a room that differs from the originally confirmed reservation but is substantially equivalent to it.
5. Oasis Inn offers two different online booking options: Flexible and Non-Refundable.
We recommend the Non-Refundable option for guests who are certain about their travel dates. This option allows them to book their stay at Oasis Inn at a more favorable rate.For Non-Refundable online bookings, cancellations and refunds are not possible. The full 100% accommodation fee is charged at the time of booking.
With the Flexible booking option, guests can book their stay at Oasis Inn for a 10% higher rate. However, this option allows cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, in which case 50% of the accommodation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 6 days before arrival, no refund will be possible.
2. Registration
6. The accommodation provider records the following data using a document scanner upon check-in, stored in the database designated by the Government Decree through the accommodation management software:
Family and first name;
Birth family and first name;
Place and date of birth;
Gender;
Nationality;
Mother’s birth family and first name;
Identification document or travel document details.
Identification document or travel document details (for guests aged 14 and above).
For guests under the age of 14, the listed data may also be recorded based on the declaration of their representative (e.g., parent or guardian).
3. Arrival and Departure
7. Check-in is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out requires prior arrangement with the reception and is subject to availability.
8. If the guest requests an extension of stay, the reception may provide a new room, which may differ from the originally booked one.
9. Guests may receive visitors in their rooms; however, visitors must register at the reception with a valid identification document. Visits may last up to 2 hours and must end by 22:00.
10. Upon arrival, a deposit of 60,000 HUF / 150 EUR per room is required, payable via POS terminal authorization or in cash. Upon departure, the deposit will be released after the rooms have been inspected by Oasis Inn staff.
11. Room doors are equipped with smart locks, which can be opened with a code and/or card. The code is provided only after check-in and identification.

By booking a room, you accept the following house rules. By occupying the accommodation, the following conditions are automatically accepted. Please consider and adhere to the following to ensure a smooth stay.

4. Cleaning
12. Cleaning is carried out after every guest change, and daily cleaning is also available free of charge (during the guests' request). Under normal circumstances take place every two days. Our cleaning staff performs cleaning daily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
13. If you do not require cleaning on a given day, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle or inform our staff verbally.
14. Upon request, an iron and ironing board are available. Please let us know if you need them!
5. Rules and Code of Conduct
15. At Oasis Inn Budapest, hosting parties in the rooms is strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort and peace of all guests. Loud noise is not allowed.If loud noise occurs, the guest will first receive a warning to reduce the volume. If the guest fails to comply, they will be asked to leave without a refund. In the event of continued disturbances, a guest compensation fee may be charged.
16. Between 22:00 and 07:00, guests must observe quiet hours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
17. Guests may only use their rooms for the agreed period and must vacate them by 11:00 on the day of check-out. If the guest does not leave the room on time, the reception may charge for an additional night's stay.
For late check-out requests, guests must arrange this in advance with the reception, which may approve it based on availability and for an additional fee.
18. If a guest checks in after midnight, they will also be charged for the previous night’s accommodation. The official check-in time at Oasis Inn is from 14:00 onwards. For early check-in requests, please arrange this in advance with the booking department or reception.
6. Safety and Technical Regulations
19. Guests are not allowed to move furniture or interfere with the accommodation’s electrical system or other technical equipment without the approval of Oasis Inn management.
20. The use of personal electrical devices is not permitted at the accommodation, except for: Personal hygiene devices (e.g., electric shavers, massage devices, hairdryers). Personal computers and phone chargers. The room’s built-in electrical appliances may only be used for their intended purpose.
21. Guests must ensure that water taps are turned off, lights and electrical appliances are switched off, and the door is locked when leaving the room. Any damage caused due to negligence is the full responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for their room key cards. If lost, the reception must be notified immediately, and a replacement fee of 8,000 HUF / 20 EUR will be charged.
22. Children under 12 years of age may not stay unsupervised in rooms or common areas. They must also be accompanied by an adult in the courtyard.
23. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property in accordance with Hungarian law.
24. Oasis Inn’s street parking spaces are available depending on availability. Parking in designated spots is subject to a fee. For pricing details, please inquire at the reception. If you wish to park, please provide your license plate number, and we will assist with parking if needed.
7. Payment and Administrative Rules
25. Guests are required to pay for their accommodation and any additional services according to their confirmed reservation. All on-site payments must be settled in advance at the beginning of the stay.
26. In the case of a credit card guarantee, the total cost of the stay will be pre-authorized on the card.
27. For cash deposits, any additional charges incurred during the stay will be deducted at check-out.
8. Other Rules
28. Pets are not allowed due to hygiene reasons (e.g., allergies, cleaning, infection prevention).
29. Guests must behave in a way that prevents fire hazards. Emergency exit routes are posted in each room.
30. In case of fire, guests must immediately notify the reception in person or by phone (100). Fire extinguishers are available in the hallways and should be used if necessary.
31. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire property, including rooms and hallways. Violations may result in a fine of 40,000 - 80,000 HUF / 100 - 200 EUR, depending on damages (extra cleaning, deodorization, curtain, upholstery, and carpet cleaning costs). Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
32. Oasis Inn places special emphasis on maintaining hygiene. Guests are requested not to wear shoes in the rooms and to store them in the designated shoe storage box. Instead, they should use their own slippers or the slippers provided by Oasis Inn. If carpets or floors are soiled by shoes, a cleaning fee of 60,000 HUF / 150 EUR may be charged, depending on the severity of the damage.
33. Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:00 in the designated breakfast area.
34. Lost and Found Items: Items that can be stored will be kept for 3 months after check-out. Food and medication will not be stored and will be discarded immediately.
Guests of Oasis Inn are required to comply with the house rules. In the case of a serious violation, the management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract before the agreed period expires.
If a violation of the rules causes damage to the accommodation (whether physical or reputational), Oasis Inn has the right to charge an appropriate compensation fee. Reputational damage may include disturbing other guests, which could negatively impact the good reputation of Oasis Inn.

Handling our guests' complaints and feedback is of utmost importance to us. With the help of our internal complaint management and guest experience analysis protocols, we continuously strive to provide you with the highest level of service!
Oasis Inn Budapest has the right to process and record all data. It also retains the right to store customer contact information and communicate with customers unless they explicitly state that they do not wish to receive notifications and campaigns.
