Check-in / Check-out policy

We would like to inform you that our accommodation offers online check-in!

We kindly ask that ALL guests scan their ID documents before arrival via the link automatically sent by our system.

After online check-in, we will send you the information necessary for access on the day of arrival.

Your room can be occupied from 3:00 pm. Depending on occupancy, it is possible to occupy the room earlier at an additional cost, if you are interested please inform us at the time of booking.

There is no problem with late arrival, but in case of any problems, we can only provide personal assistance the next day from 9 am. Our telephone number is: 0036 30 132 9212 (available between 9am and 6pm)!

Check out by 10:30 am on the last day of the stay . Depending on occupancy, it is possible to leave later at an additional cost. Please let us know the day before departure if you wish to leave your room later.

Please check the time of your departure with us in advance. If you wish to leave our house before 8 am, please settle your bill the day before your departure.

Accepted means of payment: cash, bank card / credit card (VISA/MasterCard), SZÉP Card

General policy

The vehicles of our guests can park free of charge in our uncovered and unguarded parking lot. We can provide a parking space for one car per room.

In the building and the outside areas directly belonging to the pension is a closed-circuit camera system for security reasons operated, which records 24 hours a day. For more information please read our General Terms and Conditions and our Data Protection Policy.
