Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in: we guarantee to hand over the keys by 4pm. However, we advise our customers to arrive at the desired time to enjoy the slopes, or to rent their equipment on arrival until their room is available.

Check-Out: between 8:00 a.m. and 12h. (late checkout possible on request, subject to availability)


Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in our services.

LATE ARRIVAL
You’ve booked your room and expect to arrive after reception has closed?

Please contact us to let us know of your late arrival, and we’ll arrange for you to take possession of your room outside check-in hours.

Pet policy

Nous acceptons les chiens. Un taxe de 15 chf par jour est demandée.

Group Policy

Les groupes sont les bienvenus au Montriond. Pour des raisons d'organisation (plus de 15 personnes), nous demandons au responsable du groupe de prendre contact avec la direction.

General policy

Our general policy is as follows:

Refundable rate: 50% may be cashed at the time of booking. Your stay can be cancelled up to 14 days before your arrival, after which the non-refundable conditions apply.

Non-refundable rate: the 100% amount can be cashed upon reservation. Only in cases of force majeure (supporting certificate, pandemic, flight cancellations) can the dates of your stay be changed instead of cancelled (to be discussed with management).
