A group booking is a simultaneous booking of 2 rooms, which is subject to different conditions than individual bookings. For group bookings, please inquire by e-mail! For bookings of 2 or more rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.

General policy

Check-in at our accommodation is always done independently, using a key box. In case of any questions or problems, our colleagues are available by phone 0-24, and they can also write to our chatbot, which also runs to our colleagues if it cannot answer the question automatically.Please register online in the Guest Advisor application or on the web interface, as the law in Hungary requires that guests can only occupy the room if the registration has been completed. We inform you that we cannot guarantee key box check-in if we have not received an email address to send the information by 20:00 on the day of arrival. Reservations for 2 or more rooms may be subject to different policies and may incur a surcharge. General policy: Please note that our accommodation only has non-smoking rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building, including on the balcony and terrace, only in the designated area. In Hungary, according to the law (OTSZ), it is only possible to smoke 5 meters from the entrance door of the building, but please pay attention that you do not light up under the balconies, disturbing the rest of others, but smoke in the designated area. If you smoke in the room, we will impose a fine of €200 as a reward, which you will have to pay due to the violation of the law, the risk of fire, and the ozone disinfection of the room. unfortunately, according to Hungarian regulations, we cannot check anyone into the rooms. Please note that special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. (Early check-in, late check-out - ask our colleagues for current prices). Our accommodation is adult-friendly, we only accept guests over the age of 16. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay at our accommodation in the presence of a parent or guardian. At our accommodation, it is possible to pay in cash (HUF, EUR) or by bank card (Master Card, Visa). In case of cash payment in euros, please pay the exact amount, our accommodation can accept from 5 to 10 euros, we do not keep smaller coins. Please note that our accommodation is a sustainable accommodation, so we do not perform daily cleaning as a rule, only on request, for an extra charge. In our accommodation, the toilet is flushed with rainwater, electricity is provided by solar panels, and hot water is provided by solar collector systems. Please protect the environment with us!
