Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in to the apartment is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out from the apartment is by 11:00 AM.
If you do not vacate the property on time and have not arranged a late check-out, you will be required to pay the full price of one night’s stay.

Pet policy

Staying with pets is allowed only in certain apartments, so you must inform us in advance if you plan to arrive with pets. No more than two dogs or two cats are allowed in one apartment. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets. An additional fee may apply for each pet.

Group Policy

Parties, bachelor or bachelorette events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected.

General policy

Only adults are allowed to use the rental services.
Only the individuals specified at the time of booking are permitted to arrive.
Any additional guests must be approved by the administration, and this may incur an additional charge.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

You may check in only from the specified time on the day of your reservation.
You must check out by the specified time on the last day of your rental period.

Personal Belongings:

Please keep your valuables in a safe place.
We are not responsible for any items left in the accommodation or on the premises.
We also do not take responsibility for the safety of your vehicle or any items left inside it.

Responsibility:

Use electrical appliances responsibly and do not leave them unattended while turned on.
You are responsible for any damage to or destruction of the property.
Keys, cards, or devices given to you on the day of arrival must be returned on time.
Failure to return them or returning damaged items will require compensation.When using Wi-Fi, do not violate third-party rights or engage in any illegal activities.
You are responsible for compensating any damage caused to the property in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas not designated for smoking.
