Check- in is after 3pm.
Check-out before 10am. 

If you are not able to stick to those times, please let us know!

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Dogs are welcome in our apartments. Please let us know beforehand. We charge a final cleaning fee of 30 EUR.

General policy

The city of Dresden requires a lodging tax for private overnight accomodation. We as the hotel operator have to collect one fifteenth of the price per night and person.
