Check-in / Check-out policy

Check-in: You can check in and take the room from 15.00. You can arrive at night too, because our ‘check in yourself’ atutomatic system (which is described in details in the  e-mail we send you on day of arrival) is very flexible.

Payment Policy

Pet policy

Pets are not allowed in the Hostel.

Group Policy

We are very happy to accommodate bigger groups and we are ready to help you in any questions. Please inform us as soon as you can, as earlier is better! If you inform us in time, it is a bigger chance we can accommodate your bigger group. Special rules may apply after telephone consultation.

General policy

Please note tha in case of non-refundable reservations, owner of the card and the name given in reservation should match! If your reservation is for 1 person, guests name and credit  card owners name should match. If names are not matching, or credit card owner is not coming to our Hostel, in 24 hours you should send us new card details. In other case your booking will be canceled.

Outside guests are not allowed in the Hostel under the policy rules!
